After almost two years, the Bay Area Council celebrated its 76th Annual Dinner & Business Hall of Fame Ceremony presented by Kaiser Permanente both in-person at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco and virtually on November 18, 2021. An audience of over 400 honored UC Berkeley biochemist and entrepreneur Dr. Jennifer Doudna, whose pioneering work in developing gene editing technology earned her the 2020 Nobel Prize. She was joined by two other incredible leaders, former Symantec CEO and Microsoft Chair John W. Thompson and First Republic Bank Founder, Chairman and Co-CEO James Herbert II.
