Homelessness,
Yesterday (Nov. 28), Gov. Newsom appointed Tomiquia Moss as the new Secretary of the Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Agency, which oversees all work related to housing and homelessness in California. Moss, founder and former CEO of All Home and former head of Hamilton Family Services, previously served as Chief of Staff to former Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf and served as co-Chair of the Bay Area Council’s Homelessness Committee. Moss has a long record of success in the Bay Area in addressing homelessness, and we look forward to continuing to work with her in her new role. You can read more from the Governor here.
