Council Welcomes New Foundation Director

The Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Erin Hafkenschiel as Director of the Bay Area Council Foundation, the charitable organization founded in 2004 to fund, manage and implement initiatives that impact the entire Bay Area. A Fulbright Scholar and graduate of UC Berkeley and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Erin brings to the Council extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of community and economic development, urban planning and public and private infrastructure development.
