The Bay Area Council recently hosted an informative and insightful conversation with CEO Jim Wunderman and Seattle Chamber of Commerce CEO Rachel Smith on the economic outlook for our two regions. Moderated by The Sobrato Organization CEO and Council Executive Committee member Tony Mestres, the discussion focused on strategies for spurring economic growth in our downtown centers, addressing the continuing challenges of crime, drug use and homelessness and enhancing partnership between business and government.
