Construction Afoot on Housing Project the Council Endorsed

Menlo Park will soon be welcoming 99 new homes in a project by March Capital Management on Haven Avenue that got the unanimous support of the Bay Area Council’s Project Endorsement Committee. And thanks to input from the committee, the project sought and received a waiver from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), saving months of time on the project review. March Capital also took advantage of legislation (AB 1287) the Council co-sponsored that allows for increasing the size of housing projects when additional units are designated for moderate-income residents.
