Council Endorses 300-Unit Housing Project in Mountain View

The Bay Area Council is excited to endorse 1001 N. Shoreline Blvd. in Mountain View. This project from Council member Sares Regis repurposes a sea of parking lots into 200 apartment homes and 100 condos, with 15% and 10%, respectively, of the units offered at below market rates, and onsite. The new development will be strategically placed near a hub of jobs, helping to address the jobs/housing imbalance in Mountain View. The proposal further proposes alternative forms of transit with 300 new bike racks onsite and access to the MVgo bus stop.
