Council Endorses 540 Housing Units in Redwood City
This week the Bay Area Council’s Housing Endorsement Subcommittee was thrilled to endorse the Greystar South Main Mixed-Use project in Redwood City. The project includes 540 multi-family residential units, 147 of which are affordable, as well as significant office, retail, outdoor, and family-friendly space, including a public childcare facility. Developer Greystar engaged in extensive community outreach and agreed to significant changes to the project to best serve the Redwood City community.
The project will be considered by the Redwood City Planning Commission on October 6 and the Redwood City Council on November 9. The Council will be there to testify in support and we encourage you to join us. To propose a project for endorsement, please contact Policy Manager Kelli Fallon.
