Press Release: Bay Area Council To Hold Awards Reception For Scholarship Program
The Bay Area Council will be holding its annual Creating Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarship Program awards reception this evening at the offices of Nixon Peabody LLP. The scholarship program supports students of exceptional ability from underserved neighborhoods in the San Francisco Bay Area. Financial assistance of up to $5,000 and leadership training resources are provided to high achieving students attending Bay Area colleges. Tonight’s awards reception will feature a keynote address from Catholic Healthcare West President & CEO Lloyd Dean, as well as addresses from past and present scholars.
