Jennifer Zou

As the director of the Bay Area Council’s Shanghai Office, Jennifer Zou develops and maintains the relationships with local Chinese government and industry partners. She helps California Companies expand to China. She also supports California – China Office of Trade and Investment in China, which is to increase California’s exports to China and Chinese investment into California.

Jennifer joined the Bay Area Council’s Shanghai Office in mid-July 2010, following BAC’s successful grand opening launch the previous month. Jennifer holds a master’s degree in project management from Fudan University.
