Zoe Zhuoyun HE is Administrative and Operations Assistant for the Bay Area Council in Shanghai office. She is responsible for providing administrative support to the Shanghai Office , including coordinating events, implementing marketing strategy, and helping cross-border business development.
Prior to joining the Bay Area Council, she was a New Media Campaign Executive with experience in new media and event planning, including the north face new ski race event and Shanghai SIPG team on-site race planning and execution. She is also a freelance influencer in her spare time.
Zhuoyun holds a Master’s degree in International Development from Manchester University and Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Shanghai University.
